Dev Smith, founder of Garden of Eve LA, a whimsical organic custom cake and holistic dining experience offering, will take you through an evening of pleasure and delights through creative exploration practices with cake as medium. This lush and somewhat entrancing experiencing will offer tools on piping, flavor profiling, food as energy embodiment and various decoration methods. Each guest will decorate their own mini cakes using organic, edible and medicinal plants that are locally sourced and hand foraged by curator. We will also discuss medicinal plants used and there energetic and physical properties. As the evening unfolds as creation does, in this case with cake, Porto, and good company, we will close with indulging in one of Smith’s custom cake pieces.
